All parenting plan evaluations require a retainer fee of $8,250. The retainer must be paid before scheduling the first appointment. The retainer fee should be paid through the litigants' attorney's office or a Cashier's Check. Personal checks are not accepted. The retainer will cover 30 hours of assessment services at the rate of $275 per hour. Please note that the final cost of the evaluation will likely exceed the retainer fee. The litigants will be notified when the retainer is exhausted, and an estimate for additional fees to complete the evaluation will be provided.
